I am looking for a package hunt for 4 - 5 guys for our annual hunt.

Looks like there is a significant chance that where we've been hunting in South Texas will lose the lease.

If we find a good place, the group will be regular return customers.

We all hunt together every year, and plan on doing so as long as we can still make it into the field.

The group has been with the current place for the last five seasons, and would continue if they can manage to hang onto the lease.

Low fence is preferred.

South Texas is preferred, but not mandatory.

Lodging on the ranch is highly preferred. It does not have to be fancy, just clean and comfortable. This group drinks at night, so alcohol has to be ok. There are no smokers.

Everyone is in their 40's - 50's.

Typical blind/feeders are ok, but it would be nice if walking, stalking, and rattling are a possibility also.

Expectations are a realistic chance for most of the group to have an opportunity on 140" class deer -> or better.

I would book a followup trip for my wife and young nephews, so a place that is open to them would be a nice bonus.

Please let me know what you have. Recommendations and leads also appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff

Jeff,
I may have what your looking for.

Just outside Sonora Tx a ranch that is nearly 4K acres with 1,000 acres of the ranch being high fenced and the rest of the ranch
high fenced on 3 sides. The property is MLD Level 3 with all native genetics on the property with nice 130" to 140" deer being a realistic
goal with some bigger bucks running around.

On site lodging with 2 private rooms and 1 room with bunks. Cold storage on site with taxidermy/processing available only 10 minutes away.
There are lots of turkey and some Axis on the place that can be added.

I would like to do 2 group hunts with 5 people in each group this season and pricing will just depend on whether you wanted
meals and if each hunter wanted a guide or not but I am flexible.

If interested feel free to send me a PM and we can work out the details
Mike
