Nice. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that if you shoot a lion (which is perfectly legal) you must immediately call the Game Warden and have them come out and document it. Is that still true?

Foxpro baby cottontail for about 15 minutes. Switched to jackrabbit distress about two minutes before she came in.
If ducks had horns I'd probably be a duck hunter.
I am a horrible deer hunter. Probably the worst. Ever.

My buddy called one in last week in Colorado. Pretty much the same deal. Was out trying to call in a bobcat and killed a lion. Once in a lifetime deal.

I'm gonna' get one sooner or later. They seem to be popping up all over the place. My neighbor found fresh tracks a couple of weeks ago on his place. A buddy of mine killed one a couple of months ago in south Texas, another hunter killed one about 8 miles from us a few weeks ago. Another friend spotted one at mountain lakes and now my neighbor shows me tracks of one on his place. I think the hogs moving in gives them a steady diet, therefore increasing chances for survival...Anyhow, congratulations bud
