I just took my sendero 300WM to test some loads I made for it and all of them with a 72-75 grain charge of IMR 7828 would get stuck in the chamber. There weren't any pressure marks on the case so what could it be?

Had high pressure signs years ago with 300 WBY and IMR 7828, chronograph also indicated high pressure since velocity was almost 200fps above expected for starting load. What do yourprimers look like after fireing?

Other possible causes
Rough spot in chamber
Light rust in chamber
Headspace issues

Try a factory load and see what it does

The primers look normal. Nothing that would indicate high pressure.
And for brass prep I full length size it, clean, trim, clean again, then load

The gun is brand new this is the second time I've shot it. The first being with two different brands of factory ammo with no problems

Which bullet are you loading?

When resizing are you sure the die is set so it is doing a full length sizing?

Do you have access to a chronograph?

I'm loading 210 berger vld hunting.
I think so. I set the die up the way I always do.
And I have a chronograph but I was in a rush and forgot to take it with me.... So I guess that was my first mistake

So what's the way you always do?

Do you have headspace gauge inserts?

They closed easy like normal. The only problem was after the shot
