I hunted the Martinez Ranch with my 6 year old son along with a couple of buddies and their boys, and we had a great time. I was able to harvest a doe along with a hog and my boy got his first cotton tail while tracking. There is plenty of game, we saw several does along with cull, management, and trophy bucks all in one sitting. The exotics as well as hogs and turkey are in abundance. The blinds and shooting lanes are set up to allow the hunter several shot options, not just at the feeder. The skinning racks and walking cooler made it easy for us to process our game without worrying about it spoiling. I have hunted the Martinez Ranch for five years and I don't see a reason to stop now. I along with my wife, nephew and son have hunted there and we all enjoy it. My son is ready to go back and hasn't stopped talking about his experience since we drove off the Ranch. Beginner or Pro, I recommend this ranch to anyone that is looking for a great hunt.
Send Dustin Martinez an email if you would like to check the place out.

It sure was, I just wish we had more time to add a few more critters to our freezer.
