I've been looking too.
The rifle looks good but there are few reviews out there at this point. There is however an outfit making Encore barrels.
The cartridge looks close to ideal for my purposes. Very interesting!
Kind regards, charlesb

I had the RIA in .22TCM for about a year. It is an absolute fun round, but good gosh, make sure you've got hearing protection in place. It's loud.
Only reason I sold it was to fund another project. I still see ammo on the shelves for it, so that wouldn't be a concern.

I have played with one a little bit. I don't have any interest in the 22 tcm caliber, no matter how neat it is. I won't pay for the factory ammo and I don't have any interest in reloading for another caliber, much less a bottle neck pistol round.
The reason I was most interested in it was for the high-cap 9mm 1911 style option.
It felt like a really solid gun (I was kind of surprised), and at 1/4 or less the cost of an STI, it should be a serious option if you are in the market for something like it.

Have one in the 1911. It's a ball to shoot, but loud, and switching to the 9mm makes it even more worth while. I had a problem with it jamming, RIA paid shipping both ways and had it back to me in 2 weeks. Ammo can be ordered from RIA, I believe about $.37/round. I haven't yet, a bunch came with my purchase.

My dad has one in the 1911. It's a very easy shooting gun, very loud, but almost no recoil. The President of Arms Cor said within 5 years he would have a 22TCM conversion kit for all major handguns. I'm going to wait and see when he comes out with the P226 conversion

There is a new rifle coming out chambered in the 22 TCM by MWS called the ION, the new rifle resembles the Sig MPX It would make a cool PDW and the brass can be made from 223 brass.

The rifle is supposed to take the same mags as the pistol (If I recall correctly)

I had one in the 1911, was a fun gun. I sold it because no one around here had or could get ammo, had to order it. Could not find reloading dies anywhere. Now I can find the ammo, but no one has the gun!!! I would like to try the rifle version if I ever see one.
