Some people have a real hard time with 2 and 2.

High hunting pressure and fragmented small hunting areas result in either low populations or low mature buck populations, and nocturnal deer. It's really very simple.

No one likes to admit they're part of the problem. But the fact is, most resort to "if it's brown it's down" at the end of the season in those areas. Why anyone would ever expect to have good deer hunting in an area like that escapes me.
