From the Big 9pt I took this year, I separated the muscles in the ham, and cut some into steaks, and kept some for roasts. Threw a couple steaks on the grill last night, I was skeptical about how it would come out but it was tender, SUPER juicy, and delicious!!! Highly recommend it!

Marinated in worcestershire and olive oil for 2 hrs, seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper. Seared on medium high heat for about 3 minutes on each side (we like our steaks RARE!)

I usually use the hams for sausage and hamburger.. never tried steaks before. MAN it was good!!
