looking at replacing my travel trailer with a mobile home at our deer camp. Any ideas on where to go to figure what a used mobile home is worth? I have a lead on one but not sure how to determine what it is worth - thanks for any help

Only a few places in the country that even loan on a MH, so I think the value would be on what you feel it is worth. I would research "for sale", or sold MH's and try to get an idea, but that may be elusive. Also, may try asking a loan officer at your bank, they may have an idea even if your paying cash.

Yep, if you can find out what recent ones have been selling for in the area, you can do your own sq ft comps and go from there based on condition of the trailer.

Be sure and figure in what moving it in and setting it up will cost as well. Sometimes it can get crazy expensive to do it. What year model and size are u looking at? How far to move it?

There was one for sale on Craigslist in Houston under RV's but is located in SA.
