Question for landowners/hunters in the Texas hill country area:
What is the average price for an 800-1200 acre lease primarily used for white-tail hunting? Secondary use would be for hunting hogs, audads, varmints; as well as limited hunting of mature elk and axis. Any limits on frequency of visits during off season? Multiple Lease sizes for 8-12 hunters each. Thanks for sharing your experience and insight.
