About 200 yards down the shoreline. The best way is when you take over somebody elses blind, they are usually built out on a point. Drive your boat back ito the cove behind the points where the blind is built. The last one I did like that was awesome. To walk 200 yards across hard packed sand to a blind somebody else built. Spectacular!!! Thank you Mr. BlindBuilder I shall have to buy you a beer the next time we see each other.

Just get it out of the immediate area. like said 200 max. Those birds see boats all day that don't shoot at them since the best fishing is usually in the same spots.

Use a submarine, you won't have a problem hiding it.
