I have a model 8 (same as the 81 except no pistol grip) that belonged to my dad. Great piece of rifle history ( Frank Hammer used one to kill Bonnie and Clyde). I've enjoyed hunting with it occasionally, just for nostalgia. But it's pretty heavy and anot real accurate compared to modern firearms.

I have always wanted to shoot one, the reciprocating barrel design(or whatever its called) is fascinating. It is a John Browning design, so it has to be pretty sweet. I just wouldn't want to be the one who has to take it apart for cleaning.

we am trying to get it now if we can work a deal out . The problem is this is the police model and uses a removable 15 round magazine and he does not have it and they are near imposable to get. and I am not sure if you can make one of the fixed 5 round mags work .
