Hunting Jones co. late youth season. I'm looking for some clarification as to what he can harvest. I read it that adults can harvest doe and spike bucks only, but youth can take any animal by legal means. So I guess I'm asking if my son can shoot a buck other than a spike?

Jones county is under antler restrictions and under 17 can harvest doe, spike, unbranched antlered deer or 13" or bigger bucks during the late youth season.
