I would like to know what your boned out, trimmed out, finished package weight is without any beef or pork added in. I may have to try one of these hunts next season. Right now my freezer if FULL of venison from Missouri.
Sorry, but we don't give to processors! We process our meat at home and don't de-bone too much. A lot of Pakistani cuisine requires broth from bones, or bones in the curry, so it enhances taste quite a bit. But I will do the best I can: I'll tell you how much meat/bone we get off of em. Would that be okay?
