Just dropped this deer off at the taxidermist. I'm a little undecided on how to pose him though. I told him full sneak since thats how he was when he was running a doe when I spotted him. What is y'alls favorite way to pose them?

If your taxi will let you take the horns off your buck and put them on several different forms he has in stock that will give you and idea of how they will look(without the tanned skin on the form). If he will let you take it home to see how it looks on the wall even better. I am a fan of wall pedestal mounts also as I have quite a few of them. A free standing pedestal is great also. If you know and trust your taxi as his opinion on how he would mount the buck. I have done that on several mounts and they all turned out great.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

That's what a trophy wall should look like!
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

I like all poses except of the one of them looking down with their ears back.
Do a sneak if that's how he was when you shot him
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Great deer. I always mount how they looked when I shot them. Just helps preserve the memory. If I ever get a 155" + I'll do a wall pedestal no matter what. It's your money get what you think looks best and will look best on the wall.
