Calling all Trijicon experts, especially those who used on in the military,

I am looking for information on the triangle reticle. We now have the accupoint 1-4x24. I'd like to know what the dimensions of the triangle expressed in either mil-rad or moa.

Also, any hints on how to sight in the scope? Meaning, not exactly how to do it but what overall set up or distance works best. I thought I heard from someone once that the rifle should be sighted in at 50 meters which is the same as 300m.

Set up a yard stick, or a bolder Sharpie drawn graph, at 100 yards and look at it through the optic. Take a measurement, then convert it to Mil (3.6" @ 100 yards) or MOA.

With a 2" sight offset, a 50 yard zero is almost exactly a 200 yard zero. But sight offset has to be factored to get it right.

I can tell you that the 1-4 Accupoint triangle point zero'd @100 yards will hit dead nuts at 300 yards using the bottom of the triangle with 77 grain match kings. Which I calculate at 1.3 MRAD or 4.4 MOA...
