just finished up year two with the 4x6 fiberglass blind I got from Redneck Blinds. It's the 10 foot elevated blind. All windows have rubber seals and all are as new. No water gets in, other than a couple of drops. Door has a soft rubber seal all around the edges. Squirrels have nibbled at a lot of it, but haven't been able to damage the seal to the point that it won't seal. Never a wasp inside. The flip up glass windows, which were my minor complaint, are fine. I had minor gripes about the windows having to be up or down, with no middle ground like you can get with sliding windows, but it's worked out Ok.
I like it.

Got to guess on the price, but I think it was $2300 or so, delivered. They brought a truck with a lift gate (I had to request the one with the lift gate). It turned out to be much easier than expected to assemble it and stand it up.
It is possible for one guy with a tractor to assemble it and stand it up, but I'd suggest at least one helper. Directions and video are on the Internet.
