How large is the plot? How many deer will use it? Will livestock have access? Do you have tractor/equipment?

Could try Iron & Clay Cowpeas and/or Lablab, with maybe some hybrid sorghum as a nurse cover crop.

2 to 3 acres and yes on tractor and equipment and can keep livestock off got other I can plant about 30 acres but can't keep livestock off
