Anyone have a pair of these and can fill me in on them? Just bought a pair and have used them 3 times. They don't really have a hole in them however by the end of the day I find damp spots in a couple of areas...as if moisture makes its way throught the fabric in areas that stay wet for long period. It is minimal but worrisome to me if planning a long day in the drink. Is this common with breathable waders or do I have a bad pair?

They redesigned boot- not as high quality as most cabelas products- shoulder straps and clips break easily-.exchanged 2 pairs- but still like them. I have 1600 red heads that I still prefer. 20 years old

Exchange them. Their policy is excellent. I've never been damp in a pair of dry plus waders. Have a pair I put a tear in last year, patched and use them as a back up pair now.

I've been through a couple of pair. I got a seam leak in the first ones so I returned them.
I agree the boots don't seem very sturdy. I cut mine open hiding the boat last week. Made for a really cold hunt.
All in all I do like them. Other negative is that if you are tall get the stouts even if you aren't. The material doesn't stretch like neoprene so bending your knees to get up out of a layout blind makes ya feel like a drunk turtle stuck on its back.
And also beware... there was a thread on it a while back, but Cab's has apparently changed their return policy on waders. I think somebody said it is a year max now.

If its over a year, you can trade them in and they will give you something for them depending on how old they are...

Could the dampness be from sweat? That happens fairly often. Something to consider.

I have a pair and love them. They shouldn't leak through at all. They are the most breathable hunting wader I know. I had mine before I went to work for them. Definitely take them back and get a new pair.

Up charged me new price on new model- Boot heel redesign- they do run a size smaller now vs last years model FYI

My father had a pair that he used for fly fishing that I inherited. It was one of the first three year models.
Lasted over 15 years in age. He wore them for 7 years before getting sick and I wore them for three before they pretty much started leaking for everywhere ate once.
Good stuff.
Thought for the day: Ducks were almost hunted to extinction long before camo was invented.
