Well part of one anyway. Scored this slab of tusk and it's going to make a set of really nice scales.

I've got other pieces from the past that are to thin or to chalky for knife scales for mantle pieces. This is one of the most solid pieces of tusk that I've ever came across, but it didn't come cheap eeks333

This piece came out of Alaska, to me anyway the tusk from Alaska seem to be a lot more solid than the ones that come out of Siberia.

Mike, A nice wall plaque with info on where it came from and a place to hold the knife, would be neat.
