Happy New Year guys! Made it out with Texashot today & had some fun with a few pins & reds. My #1 hunting resolution was to shoot a limit of pins with full sprigs. Filled that one with a double first thing in the am  Good shooting, birds cooperating & good company. It don't get any better  
Cigarettes are like hamsters. Perfectly harmless til you put it in your mouth & light it on fire

#1. Limit of drake pins with full sprigs-check
#2. Limit of 2 cans, 2 reds & any other 2 divers for a hanging string mount
#3. Banded diver
#4. String of 2 gwt, 2 bwt & at least 1 cinnamon for a coffee table mount

That was a superb way to kick off the new year! It was pretty cool to sit there and watch hundreds of bull sprigs buzz right by us after we got our limits. Next time something other than reds or pins flies by, I'll see if I can get 3 birds with one shot! Lol

Ya, I shoulda mentioned, the hen was an accident. She got caught in the crossfire while TS was laying out a drake. Otherwise we woulda had a perfect string. Jerk

Not trying to be an Internet warden or anything but I'd try and not shoot 2 cans unless I looked at the bag limits wrong for this year.. Just a heads up

Buxndux, no offense taken. Shoulda specified, 2 cans on separate days. By limit, I meant possession limit, since 1 will be in the freezer while it waits for its buddy to join him
