I just found mine. We moved here about 6 years ago and I'm still finding things I misplaced during the move. Anyway, years ago my SiL (version 1, that's now replaced by version 2) gave me a Boker Ceramic bladed knife. The story at the time was that it would never need to be sharpened. Well, that sounded too good to be true and it was too good to be true. Once it dulled (yes, I was skinning hogs) I sure as heck couldn't sharpen it. So, I sent it off to Boker and they sharpened it and sent it back. I parked it and went back to good old steel bladed knives.
So...the question...do any of you guys know how else this knife can be sharpened other than sending it to Boker? I do like the knife. I wonder if there's a way to get a steel blade replacement for the ceramic.

Where are you in Central Texas? (that's a big area) Jernigan's in Waco will sharpen it for you. That place could make a rabbit split a hare. That' all I got.

I'm 40 miles away, which is close enough. Next time I'm over there, I'll ask them. Thanks.
