Best hunt of the season. Went to my little hole I have set up 10 min. after LST they started dropping in. Was done by 7:30 and home by 7:45. I only live about a mile from the hole. I couldn't get anybody to go with me this morning. Here is the pic of the hole from the other day.

here is today's take

shot these first day after the split

Nice! I've been targeting the goldeneyes in the bay. Shot 3 nice drakes in 2 days but they keep diving on me. Tough birds. Makes me sick bc all I need is a goldeneye and a hooded to have a mountable drake of every species in Texas. After I get that, Alaska and Maine I go

Awesome, close to home, in and out quick, that's the way to do it.
