I was really thinking that opening this thread I would see fresh backstrap on a plate covered in biscuits with gravy and lots of pepper then surrounded by eggs. But I was wrong.

I have a Exotic Hunt in Roosevelt Amigo and the Drakes started filing in with Big Wheels and Plastic Jeeps and Tricycle motors and Uncle Scooter don't do Kids while hunting so I will slip back over next week and give Papaw a .308 Exit into the next plane, old sucker never showed STX..I still had two semi hot does and he was a big 12 oclock feeder visitor..I will get him

Make up this mix and you won't go back to plain black pepper.

Dammit Mix
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground red pepper or cayenne

Mix well and store in an airtight container.
