4 guns 5 birds Wednesday near hagerman, saw 100+ woudnt decoy. Lots shootjng today- daughter came out and slept in- hunted solo scratched out 1 shy- used goose socks- sucked EM in. Only 7 committed-

was outside of Nacogdoches visiting in-laws yesterday- saw few woodies not much more- doing any good there?

We've had some good hunts lately. Nothing amazing, but good for public in the piney woods.

Woodies are typically pretty rare in my areas I hunt- except for very early in season. Nada wrong w that- I heard lake X in deep east tx- known for its bass fishing- has gotten out of hand w crazy [censored] unexperienced Cowboys.
Lots of water there this year.
