2-7 from a good maker. Helps a bit to have BDC lines, since the 22lr trajectory is a bit of a rainbow when you get out a ways.

I just picked up a Ruger 10/22 and plan on getting the Nikon P-rimfire. From what I've read there are 2 different turrets one for 1200-1300 fps ammo and one for 1600 fps.

I got the Nikon without the turrets. As long as I had the BDC dots, I'm good to go. My yard feeder is 75 yards away and I have a dot for that. Coons better look out now.
