I want to try these out next October. Do y'all have any success stories? Also, which model do you prefer? I'll be shooting 500 spine more than likely.
Thanks in advance smile

I've shot them for 3 years now and I love them. I shot the Two's year before last and the impact hunters the past two years. The impact hunters fly great, I shoot the 350s that are 10.2 gpi with the aps outsert coming out of a Helium 28" 70# @ 285ish fps, you can't beat the penetration and power these hit with. The only problem I've had is shooting wore out 3D targets at a local range, that probably had inserts and field points left in them, bending the outsert. The flare nock is really convenient, it's a small 5 gr light you put inside the nock when your ready to hunt and take out when target shooting. All in all they are great arrows that I will keep shooting!

Do the outserts fly differently than with inserts? I was also looking at the really thin suckers. I may just custom make them on there website. It's actually cheaper than buying there standard arrows on amazon!

The impact hunters are the small diameter arrows, you can't use an insert on them the i.d. is too small

I don't like the outserts the bend to easy. I sand down deep six inserts and make them fit in my Bloodsport SD arrows. They work great.

I've bent one outcert out of thousands of shoots. I've even bounced them off my concrete back wall. Grant it I use firenock. But none the less I don't see much difference in design.

In fact I'll say it's the strongest cert made. In, out, or hybrid.

If the APS ones are bending then switch to firenock.

I will have to try the firenock. I got 6 from CCR and tried them. Every outsert bent, not sure if it was a bad batch or what. So I mad the deep six inserts work and love them with the deep six.
