X2 on RCBS stuck case remover. Still have it 30 years later but very seldom used cause I use One Shot to avoid needing it.
OS held at an angle above the loading block to get some in the case mouth SS well as on outside. spray all then turn block and spray again. Would like to have a carbide expander ball or even carbide dies for bottle neck cases but One Shot is cheap per case, quick and easy. TC

Without lubing the neck you can encounter two variances, different length plus different neck tension. As kmon mentioned, lubing also increases case life.
