Does it have the Bible verse reference? Maybe hidden by the mount?

The Bible versus were discontinued quite a ways back, or so I thought I read. I have two ACOGs, neither compact, and neither with the verse.

jkmccoy11, I can't put my finger on it, but the sight does not look right. The objective seems way too far back as you noted and the left side fiber optic guide on your sight is truncated (left side) just behind the roll pin attachment as compared to the one here...

Made in 2000. That explains the dimness and possibly why it is different. They also said they would replace the tritium for $266

Well cool. Good for you! ACOGs have superior glass in them, though that should not matter a whole lot at lower magnification like yours. It is a good scope.

I am not sure you will want to replace the tritium. You don't want it real bright in low light and in the daytime, the fiber optic should make it WAY bright. I actually put tape over mine to keep it from being too bright.
