I've got a cold or something and all I can think about right now is going home and making something with whiskey in it and crashing out.
For those of you that make hot toddies what do you use?
I usually use
jello
whiskey
lemmon juice
honey
emergen-c

Hot tea with a shot of rum and then these in a tall glass of water.

go to the store, buy honey, lemons and a bottle of whiskey. When you get home throw the honey and lemons in the backyard and drink the whiskey

go to the store, buy honey, lemons and a bottle of whiskey. When you get home throw the honey and lemons in the backyard and drink the whiskey Although this will provide some immediate satisfaction, you need to drink more water to avoid the mild impact of the dehydration factor.

my grandmother used to mix sugar, lemon and kerosene in a big tablespoon. I don't recall whether it worked or not but it sure made me quite complaining about a sore throat.
