 Looking for a Lease within 2 hours of Lubbock

On current lease in Garza Co. near Post, but am having cattle issues and lack of opportunity to even see game during daylight. Because of this I am considering changing if I can find the right situation.
I am management minded, feed year round, have quality equipment, and make improvements where I can to the lease. I am raising my two young sons aged 6 and 9 to be good stewards of the land and game and they love to go to the lease. Any help is appreciated.
