SOLD

I have a Glock 36, excellent condition and comes with a spare mag and clam shell case. It has an N prefix, third generation. Will let it go for $475. I am in the Houston area but am willing to ship.

I am under the impression that it can be transferred within the state as I am not an FFL holder and that it does not have to go to an FFL as long as we are within the same state. If I am wrong, someone please chime in. I am only willing to ship to someone 21 or older.

Does a hand gun have to go to a FFL or can it be person to person.

Handguns (actually any gun) can legally be shipped person to person inside the state of Texas.

Call the ATF in Dallas. They'll tell you what the law is.

It is legal. However, USPS, UPS, and FedEx will only either take them from a FFL or ship them to a FFL. They each have their rules, all of which kept me from doing it. One guy on here told me about a courier that would take them, but I forgot who and that courier didn't have a location anywhere near me.

Bump it up for the Monday crowd, I don't foresee any issues getting it shipped.

Crash just FYI, a "long gun" can be shipped from person to person without an FFL as long as both parties are within the state of Texas. However, a handgun must be shipped to an FFL no matter what state. The shipper (you) don't have to use an FFL on your end unless required by the FFL dealer that is receiving the handgun requires it.

Bump it up, I am willing to work out the logistics if shipping is involved.

I'd definitely give you $450 if you were a little closer….

That's a great deal on a fine handgun!
