Just because some people call "high fence buying"....hunting....does not mean we are on the same team.

I am on the same team as fair chase hunters.

The OPs message is spot on. Unless you hunt naked and with your bare hands, you should have no issues with any legal form of hunting that tips the advantage to the hunter, because you are doing so. Every hunter has a right to hunt the way they choose as long as it is legal. If you use a weapon, bait or feed sources, calls, lures, binoculars, trail cameras, camo, a blind, a fence, etc., as long as theses things are legal, you are using an unfair advantage over your prey. So, every hunter uses advantages. As long as they are legal, I support them.

No, we're all playing the same game, but my team ends at my fence.

Did he really say that, or did someone just write that on his picture?

After reading some of his REAL quotes, I'm guessing he might not be to crazy about them.

Hell, what would he think about compound bows?

Regarding another post - "Fair Chase" is a pretty open-ended term.

What if there's a high fence down just one side? or two?
Is using dogs "fair chase"? How 'bout a guide? Or trackers?
Is a feeder and blind "fair chase"?
What about using a "black rifle"? Semi-auto? "Repeater"?
Looking on Google Earth before you go there? Using a 4-wheeler, a vehicle?

I don't mind folks hunting different than I do. When they lack the class to keep their opinions to themselves and let it be known that their way is "real hunting" and the slightest deviation from it is not, well, that's just being a pompous sphincter, and not too bright of one at that.

P.S. I miss that camo pattern he's wearing. It was the coolest. And the plaid shirt...you're killin' it Fred.
