My wife's been wanting a new ccw, so I bought this for her. It's going to be one of her presents.

Very nice! I'm looking to get my wife a concealed carry for our february anniversary. Any suggestions for something small like an LCP? I want something with a manual flip type safety for her.

Whether it's actually safer or not, I don't know, but my wife wanted a gun with a hammer and a manual safety. That's one reason I bought the PK380, the other reason was that it was a lot lighter weight than the other ones I was looking at for her. There were smaller ones, but you'd be hard pressed to get more than 2 fingers on the grip. Last thing I want is the thing flying out of her hand when she fires it. This one incorporated all the qualities we were looking for in a small ccw for her.

Awesome! I will look into these! My wife is only 5' 1" and has very small hands, so the hammer needs to be pretty easy to pull back. Thank you for the input!

My wife is only 5' and has small hands as well, this thing is very easy to cycle by hand, which was another plus. Heart of Texas Guns in Abilene is who I ordered mine through, and they ordered several for the shop at the same time. They still had a couple left as of yesterday. They were hard to find as it was a limited production run from what I understand.

My wife is already fully armed with a CA & CC (checking account & credit card) which is killing me and my bank account.. It is a secure man that will arm his wife and a strong person that will take the responsibility for their personal safety into their own hands.. A CCL is first and foremost a statement that "I will not be a victim" at the hands of a criminal.
