Havent made waterfowl jerky in a while and I've somehow forgotten how long give or take it needs to be in my dehydrator. Is there anyone who makes it very often who can help give me a time frame? I think it was around 6hrs but I cant quite remember. My dehydrator is set on 160degrees.

I make Jerky all the time but always on a smoker at 170-225 degrees, takes about 2-3 hours.

I don't have a standard time at the end of the day. I generally go 4 hours, and then start checking it and pulling pieces off as necessary. That is set on 160 as well.
