Just like everyone else I am looking for a lease in the South Texas, Hill Country for the 2015-2016 year. Looking for something in the $2,000 to $5,000 range. House or Cabin not necessary. Preferably Water and Electricity but does not need to have either. I can fill one spot on a leased property or lease a property with no hunters currently on it. Management minded, serious hunters if there are other leasers. Not looking for a place for people to get drunk and party on the weekends. I would like to set up a long term lease option if possible and work to make land improvements.
