Is anyone interested in a 1 man lease for the rest of this season? Til Jan 31.

I have a 100 acre wheat patch, right off a county road (near the Young/Stephens line) that I usually allow for friends to hunt, but no one has hunted it this year. Less than 2 hrs west of the Metroplex.

I would allow 1 hunter (or 1 hunter & his wife or kid) to take 1 buck, 1 spike, & 1 older cull doe. All that is needed is a stand or pop up blind. No need for a feeder, but you could put out corn by hand pretty easy. No friends, cousins, uncles, etc. Only hunter & immediate family.

I'm thinking $1,500, but would consider offers, & would consider a lease option for next season also. No permanent camping, but you could bring a travel trailer or tent. No water or electric. Hotels are 15 minutes away.

If you don't have a lease, but have time to hunt the rest of this season, I'm betting you could get your deer.

PM me if interested.

Would anyone be interested in an evening hunt, in exchange for a days worth of work?

Figure hard work from 8 am til 3pm, with a 1 hr lunch break, then hunt from 3 til dark.

On the 100 acres.

I need a load of loose rocks loaded. I also need a few post holes dug. (It's pretty soft dirt, not any rocks).
