Don't know why/how, but several Walmarts in Lubbock have multiple boxes of this ammo in stock, ~$34 a box. If you like it/need it, you might check the Walmarts in your area too.

I have 3 boxes left of the silver tips in 30.06. Really like the rounds but I'm wondering are those cases on that stuff painted silver? Is it a brass casing?

They can be, they won't last as long though because the nickel makes them more brittle.
