I am sure its always been there but in all the years of getting my license I have never noticed it.

It's valid until you get the actual stamp in the mail...

Think its 30 or 45 days from date of purchase.. The one in the mail should've arrived by then..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Now that you blacked out all your info, how are you goin to explain that to the GW when you get checked!!! LOL Dang it! Guess I should have put more thought in to it before I went all sharpie on it.
