Looking to build a new 16" 556. With so many company's selling barrels, it's hard to decide which one is decent. This is where I need help, looking for a accurate barrel that's not going to break the bank. Have been looking at the bison armory ss barrel in a wylde chamber. Has any one had any experience with this barrels. I know there 6.8 barrels are very accurate. Our any other barrel company's to recommend?

I have a noveske on my 6.8, and it is a tac driver. Not looking to spend that kind of cash on this build. Trying to keep the entire upper below $800

For a really good cost effective barrel look at AR Performance . Around $200 or $265 for a fluted one

I have ran a lot of them, JP, Noveske, etc.. I really like the Wilson Combat barrels, they are very accurate and priced reasonably. This is the 16" fluted shooting xm193 at 250 yards (ran it out to 500) skip to the end of the video..
