I've broke more than a few blades on the Havalon when processing hogs (and stabbed myself once
). So, I only use it for cleaing the rear plumbing. I use my Buck and a few different Cabela skinning knives for the rest of the job.
Now, the swing blade is something that I was introduced to earlier this year through the TYHP. All the hunt masters had them, and I was impressed. I bought one for my daughter. She had to have a pink version, and she used it this weekend to clean a doe that she harvested during her Texas Youth Hunt. The gut hook was awesome.
