I used to hunt that area. Very good area. Lots of large bodied deer. You will not see many deer though. It will require more patience as the deer population is not as large as others areas in TX. When you see a shooter though, there is no doubt in your mind. have fun!

Very good area like stated about not big numbers, I have seen 2 170's come out of Wellington this year in the last 2 weeks, there was a 197" hit couple years ago in Wellington
