Been reloading a couple months now and have not been having much luck really. Best group I have shot was right at an inch. My brother shoots a 30-06 Winchester with factory ammo and gets sub MOA no problem, he has been bugging me to sell my reloading gear and buy factory ammo. Shooting this group today is going to make me keep reloading! This is the best group my rifle has shot with factory ammo or reloads. Don't make fun of the homemade targets, I ran out of other ones Shooting a .243 win. Remington 700 Berger 95 gr classic hunter 41.3 gr of IMR 4813 .05 off the ogive Group shot at 100 yards

That'll work. Keep at it.

If it's .786" outside to outside, then that's a .543" group. Not bad at all. Also, the group is stringing right to left. This tells me you may be right before of after an accuracy node. I would test 41.1 and 41.5, and see if it clusters it up even tighter.

I've had shooting technique problems cause lateral dispersion just like that. I've had to make some very conscious efforts to keep from fighting the rear bag while lining up on the target.

Agree with Chad, RR and JDK. Try loading up those on each side along with the same load that shot so well and try them paying particular attention to consistency on the bags and not fight it, get each shot lined up the same.
It is a lot easier to improve from shooting 2 inch groups to shooting 1 inch groups than it is to go from 1 inch groups to half inch groups. We do not really like to admit it but the shooter is often the least consistent part of shooting tiny groups.

Nice shootin! Rolling your own is so much fun I could never quit! We want them to have no paper between holes. Gone To Texas is on the right track though, with some dang good loads. He's coming to my place in a couple months. Hopefully we'll get them all touching.
