This guy was reported to have been shot Friday night, drew 20 yards of blood and never recovered. He seems to have a little bit of everything. Neighbor said it was a 10, I can oly find 8....either way, he's a hoss. All low-fence, I'm the only hunter who feeds protein and year-round. Let's hope he made it. Thoughts?

I am surprised we haven't heard about more bruisers from Eastland this year. We have some 3 year olds that made a stellar jump this year.

They all looking bigger going away but that is not an issue with that buck. He is a hoss-daddy.

Crying shame if he is lost.

That's the one. I'm going to make some calls this evening with some neighbors to keep a look-out. The $200 tracking fee would be money well-spent IMO.

The hunter was foolish for not getting the waiver signed and getting the dog out there.
I know I would have. That's a buck of a lifetime for Eastland Co.

sounds to me like they know they made a really bad shot if they won't let a dog come find him. The Deer Radar found for the folks in Graford on Sunday had been looked for by 3 people for 4.5 hours and Radar found him in 30 min. To quote the customer "Money WELL spent"

That's a shame man. I've never seen a buck like that in Eastland county, but then again, probably not many have. That's a real beauty...or WAS a real beauty, as the case may be.
