I was thinking about buying a slide fire stock and saw this thing called a lighting link I am just wanting to no if anybody has had any experience with the lighting link and is it legal to have it sounds kind of fishy to me

You need a Class 2 manufacturers license to build a Lightning Link. It's not legal for the average individual. Completely different than a bump fire stock. Spend about $20K on a machine gun and you'd be allowed to use a Lightning Link on that gun.

or the TAC-CON trigger works as well, I don't know from experience though

I had a Tac-con trigger when they first came out. Its a very short stroke and short reset trigger but it's not simulated full auto like the ads show unless you just hold a gun very loose to bumpfire. I could shoot slightly faster with the Tac than my S3G but not enough to make for the cost difference and the S3G is far better quality

Trinity ordnance also has a locally made all aluminum bumpfire stock available with buffer tube, spring and buffer for $140.
