Have you found any difference in using these, are they interchangeable? Research shows same burn rate but sc meters better and is better for compressed loads.

Chad: say you work up a load for a particular rifle and find the best load is say, 57.5 grains of H4831. Can you be confident that the best load for that rifle with H4831sc will also be 57.5 grains?

Or should you start over and work up a load for the other powder?

Not Chad here. Just treat the new powder like you would a different lot of the same powder. Using your example, I would probably drop back a grain or so and shoot the new load over my chrono. I bet the SC version will give similar velocities and pressures at very near the same loading.
