Over the years I can feel myself slipping away from that "killing" and "numbers" stage. Seems as if mornings on the prairie and just sitting in front of decoys is more than enough to satisfy me these days. But sometimes you absolutely cannot beat a good barrel burner. I was taking out a group of 13 guys last Saturday and was fortunate enough to bring my brother along as well. Guiding has been getting busier and busier for me and it's getting really hard to find time to hunt with family and friends. The birds put on a show and it was one I will never forget. Ended up getting a 14 man limit of ducks and 5 geese in an hour. We were back at the club and done eating breakfast before 9am.

84 ducks and 5 geese.
