I have my opinion but for all you experienced 'yote and varsity hunters what is YOUR preference on what time of day to hunt...all things being equal..let's so on opitmum day/nite

scratch don't qualify ta post. but i'm an addic . hear yotes at dark thirty around here. once in a while get pic of yote on cam. what u use ta call em in. see most have game calls, wounded rabbit i think. flag

As far as coyotes go you will call more numbers at night but your kill ratio may not be as good as calling in the daytime. For most folks calling Bobcats maybe the opposite as they can pick up the eyes and see them at night. Most Bobcats called in the daytime are never seen by your average caller.
I personally "enjoy" calling in the daytime more and that is my preference but some area's are more conducive to night calling due to various reasons.

I hunt and get a lot of them at night but I prefer the crack of dawn.

Night time with thermal you do not even need a call just spot and shoot!
