I know some won't like this but this makes my day. Just got a text from a customer who just filmed himself one shot cold bore on a doe at 940yards with a 7 mag we built. That just makes me smile. cant wait to see the video, if I can get it from him I will post it.
I think it's great and nothing wrong with some long distance shots if you are confident and I am sure as the smith it's a great feeling to know you put that capable system in their hands. It's as every bit as much an ethical shot as a 50 yard shot if the person behind the rifle has the skill and know-how

Impressive...that is a hell of a shot without the winds we had over the past weekend, more less with them!
