I have been wanting to get a brick for the deer so we can have better antler growth. Is it best to buy a regular salt lick? I know there are mineral rocks and blocks with grains in them, I also know there are bricks that have beets and different fruits/ vegetables in them. So which one works best?

Minerals might help a little but I would think to make a big difference you will need to feed protein.

The problem is that the LO has cows and whatever we would grow would get mowed by the cows. Thoughts?

Can you put up feed pens? If so build some nice size feed pens and put in a gravity protein feeder.

Can you put up feed pens? If so build some nice size feed pens and put in a gravity protein feeder. This, plus put in a mineral/salt lick/block. Protein will get you the most inches, though.
