Seems like it gets worse all the time...
Have a neighbor who's land is wide open. And I mean not a tree sticking up. It's been scalped of all brush/cover. So of course their hunters just move their feeders down to the fence and wait for something to jump over. Even go to the extent of running a pickup mount road feeder down to the neighboring fence and back.
Blind is towards interior of their property so all shots are into our area. 5 shots this past weekend.
Of course whatever jumps over including 2 and 3 yr old deer are their specialty.
I'm going to try and make contact with them and if that doesn't work I guess another high fence will go up.

Shooting into your place is definitely wrong. As for trying to pull deer out of your place, well, they are the state's deer after all.

It sounds like all you can do is put up a high fence on that side.....what they are doing is not illegal but pretty unethical.

ummm I'd be calling the local GW and see if he would remind the hunters next door about slingin boolits across fence lines... or at least make him aware of the potential for a problem safety issue, much less trying to retrieve a wounded critter without permission & Yadda Yadda ...Lots of "opportunities" for problems here that I'd want to get ahead of the THAT curve on IMO.
